An entire community of public housing is facing eviction. Sydney For Sale is a documentary about people at the front line in the battle to defend their homes from being sold in the historical Miller’s Point, Dawes Point and The Rocks. This observational documentary follows the struggle of five individuals and families who embark on a quest to save their homes and their threatened re-location by state government housing authorities.

The story of an immigrant boy from Brazil who becomes an AFL star. A black man in a white world, Harry searches for his own identity in a country and culture that he feels never really accepts him. From the slums of Rio de Janeiro to the dizzying heights of Australian celebrity this is the story of a boy who becomes a man by forging his own perilous path through others expectations.

Joe Murray, a member of the stolen generation, was a chameleon. In his early years Joe was a part of a boxing tent troupe and was known as the ‘Black Panther’ in the ring because of his incredible speed and lightning punches. He and his wife created a vaudeville troupe and travelled around the country performing and boxing. This is a journey of discovery as the filmmaker, his grandson, unravels the background to his family identity.
